Position Description

This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for a CRNA to lead their department. Provide needed pain medicine services and partner with hospital leadership as the surgical program grows. The opportunity:

Enjoy a great lifestyle with a 4-day work week, just 32 clinical hours, no call and no ER coverage.

Practice independently providing a full range of pain medicine services.

Strong referral base with a collaborative group of physicians and APPs, including at two outlying health clinics.

Additional income available by picking up call shifts in nearby communities.

Compensation Details:

Guaranteed base salary up to $325K+ depending on experience.

Up to $300K in student loan repayment, retention bonuses, and other incentives.

Comprehensive benefits include an innovative retirement program that double contributions.

7+ weeks of PTO, 40+ hour of CME with $4,000 stipend.
