Strength through Partnership: Addressing Human Trafficking in Kansas through Coalition

Goal: Gather Kansas community members, coalitions, faith communities, and professionals who are addressing human trafficking with the purpose of creating partnerships, identifying gaps, and sharing resources.

May 8, 2024 10 am-4 pm (registration begins at 9 am)

Location: Topeka Shawnee County Public Library, Topeka, KS

9-10 Registration and Coffee

10:00 Introductions: Prepare to introduce yourself and/or your organization

10:30-11:45 Breakout by region: Discuss Community Mapping (Please fill in as much as you know before the event)

11:45-12:00 Break

12-1:00 Networking lunch (Taco Bar)

1:00-2:30 Regional report-outs to larger group (What resources are available? What are the needs/gaps in each region?)

2:30-4:00 Summary of identified partnerships, gaps and resources with proposed suggestions for improvement and the way forward.
